Cleanliness is next to godliness! Food I classes are in full swing at Lexington High School. Classes don't mess around when it comes to keeping things clean. With over 80 total students running through the labs on any given day each student takes personal responsibility to make sure the food they eat is safe. Students are instructed on how to keep their work spaces sanitary and germ free. The students always clean, disinfect and wash all equipment before and after each lab. In order to become familiar with their kitchens the classes washed all the dishes just for good measure. Anxiously waiting for their first lab the students are ready to make pancakes.
