Strength and Conditioning Class

We are now into the third week of school and have been very busy in Strength and Conditioning Class.  Students have begun their new program for the semester.  The students who are new to the class have completed their max outs for this semester.  The class is still using the four main core lifts (squat, deadlift, power clean, and bench) and has added military press to the lifts.  The class has also begun using folders to keep all of their papers together.  This allows the students to keep track of their progress as well as goals, body composition results, nutrition logs, and other information pertaining to the class.  At the end of the quarter the students will test out on their lifts as well as their agility tests.
