Strength Class

Currently our student athletes are finishing up Combine test outs.  The tests comprise of pro-agility, 3 cone drill (husker pro-agility), 40 yard dash, max reps on bench, T-test, broad jump, and vertical jump.  This not only a good way for us to track improvement but it also lets the athletes compete against one another.

 With the semester half over the athletes are well into the 5-3-1 lifting program.  Around Thanksgiving the students will be testing again this time looking to improve in bench press, military press, power clean, dead lift, and squat.
