LHS Physical Education Takes on a New Look

August 26, 2019

Physical Education at Lexington High School continues to take on a new look.  In the 2018-2019 school year, new classes were added which included Beginning Strength and Conditioning, Lifetime Activities and a Sports Officiating class.  This year, all Physical Education classes have been extended to a year long with Health Education being taught one day per week.  Beginning and Advanced Strength and Conditioning classes have spent the first full week of school learning the expectations, systems used and technique to help them achieve a high level of success in class.

Students using their school issued iPad's to design a Google Drive Library that will house technique videos to give them feedback on areas they have improved and areas that still need some attention.
