Science Honor Recipients

May 15, 2017

The science department awarded honor cords to six graduating seniors.  The science honor cord is gold and green.  Following the academic  tradition of tassel colors, the gold symbolizes the natural sciences, and the green symbolizes the health sciences. To receive a science honor cord, students must earn 50 credits of science or 40 credits of honors level science.  They also must maintain a 3.7 GPA in their science classes.  Congratulations to the 2017 recipients:  Myrna Borjon-Gutierrez, Alex Jimenez, Leah Treffer, Lili Fattig, Luis De La Torre, and Ashtyn Decker.
