Lexington Public Schools is preparing for a safe, smooth, and successful start to the school year! Families who submitted an application for student bus transportation can now pick up their child’s SmartTag bus pass and assigned route details at the Central Office.

Pick-Up Details

• Dates: Wednesday, August 5 – Friday, August 7

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Location: Central Office (300 S Washington St, Lexington, NE)

Important Instructions for Families

• Attach Tags Promptly: Secure the SmartTag pass directly to your student’s main school backpack as soon as you receive it. Students must have their pass attached to board the bus on the first day of school.

• No Separate Approval Notices: If you completed a transportation application, your student’s route details and SmartTag are ready for pickup. Individual approval notices are not sent via mail prior to this event.
